Fundraising Policy

No Minimum sales per order: There are no minimum sales required. Profits are based on the amount of sales made. Each organization may choose which scents or items they would like to sell. See example chart below.

**Organizations may choose to sell product at higher cost to make higher profit**

Fundraising options:

Online:

Organizations have the option of using our online fundraising program. Through this program, Laurel Avenue will host a personalized page specifically tailored to your fundraising needs. All profits the organization earns from sales on that page will go to your organization. Laurel Avenue is responsible for collecting payments. Credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and PayPal are acceptable methods of payment online. There are two shipping options for this fundraising method:

A- Laurel Avenue will charge each order a shipping and handling fee and ship orders for the organization. This ensures the most carefree fundraising experience for the organization.

B- The organization will arrange a one time pick-up of all orders from our store during our regular business hours.

Bulk Ordering:

Organizations have the options of paying USPS money order, PayPal, electronic bank transfer or credit card for products bought at our bulk pricing. Payment must be made before production begins on the order. All bulk sales are final as we give a discount of the price. Organizations are responsible for any sold and unsold merchandise. Private labeling available. Shipping options:

A- Laurel Avenue will ship the order via USPS. Organization will be responsible for shipping costs.

B- The organization will arrange a one time pick-up of all orders from our store during our regular business hours.

Preorder:

Organizations will choose items to be sold. The organizations will be given personalized fundraising sheets to collect orders. All payments are to be collected at the time orders are placed. The organization pays for the order and the order begins production. Shipping options:

A- Laurel Avenue will ship the order via USPS. Organization will be responsible for shipping costs

B- The organization will arrange a one time pick-up of all orders from our store during our regular business hours.

Organizations may choose a combination of fundraising options. We will help you tailor your fundraising to your needs. We want your organization to succeed.

Delivery: The organization can arrange a one time pick-up of all orders from our store during our regular business hours. Delivery can also be made by USPS and will be paid for by the customer. Rates are based on weight and will vary per order. Customer will be notified of cost before shipping. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days from orders received for delivery. Specific delivery details may be made at time of order.

Payment: Payment is due at the time the order is placed. Payment must be received before production begins on the product order.

~Specific delivery dates and fundraising dates are to be specified on an individual basis.

We will provide $10 worth of products for any group selling 100 in products. See chart below.
